Refund policy
At Restoville, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality hospitality, kitchen, bakery, and bar supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- The product has not been assembled, installed, or used.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
Restoville reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Clearance or sale items.
- Custom-made or special-order products.
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.
- Food-contact items that have been used after opening for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product,
- A defective product,
- An incorrect item,
you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team and providing photos of the issue.
After verification, we will offer:
- A replacement product,
- Store credit, or
- A full refund, depending on product availability and circumstances.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
- A defective product,
- A damaged product, or
- An error made by Restoville.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for another size, model, or item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to:
- Product availability,
- Inspection of the returned item,
- Any applicable price differences.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restoville recommends using a trackable shipping method when returning products.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy outlined above.
