Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Restoville currently delivers throughout Lebanon.

For deliveries outside Lebanon, please contact our team before placing an order to discuss availability, shipping options, and costs.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.

If an item arrives:

  • Incorrect,

please notify Restoville within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Refusal to accept the shipment,

additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery attempts.


Large, Commercial, and Bulk Orders

Ownership and Risk

Ownership and responsibility for products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
